As a Technical Project Manager – DACH, you will be responsible for the implementation and scaling of complex client projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will ensure clear governance, transparent coordination, and predictable delivery, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years' experience in programme or project management within FMCG supply chain, retail logistics, pooling, or asset-intensive operational environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple parallel projects and achieving measurable results
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and structured reporting
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid delivery methods
- Experience in a senior, independent role in a regional or international context
- Strong operational and commercial understanding and experience with customer-focused projects, business cases, and delivering value
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
