Requirements

• Design, prototype, and evaluate applied AI solutions
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped ML formulations
• Stay current with the latest research in deep learning and adjacent areas
• Implement rigorous experimentation workflows
• Build production-quality training and inference pipelines
• Collaborate with ML platform engineers to ensure efficient use of compute resources
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, throughput, and cost
• Develop tooling for dataset construction and labeling
• Document research findings and design decisions clearly
• Mentor engineers on applied ML methodology and evaluation rigor
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and prototype-to-production playbooks
• Influence the broader AI roadmap based on research insight
