Lead Validation Engineer role at Bright Vision Technologies, a software development company dedicated to building innovative solutions. As a Lead Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a small team, owning end-to-end testing, and ensuring high-quality validation across projects.
Requirements
- Strong experience in embedded/device validation
- Advanced knowledge of OTA testing
- Working knowledge of CAN, J1939, and UDS protocols
- Experience using CANalyzer / PCAN tools
- Solid understanding of test strategy, coverage planning, and validation metrics
- Experience developing automation tools/scripts to improve testing efficiency
- Ability to lead a small team, assign tasks, and mentor junior engineers
- Experience collaborating with OEM partners for integration and issue resolution
