Partnership Tax Senior Manager

We're looking for an experienced Partnership Tax Senior Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering strategic tax advisory and compliance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential.

Requirements

• Strong experience in partnership taxation, including Subchapter K and IRC 704(b)
• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns (K-1s, joint ventures, non-corporate entities)
• Hands-on experience with tax compliance, consulting, and planning strategies
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting principles
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading project execution
• Active CPA (Texas license or ability to obtain reciprocity)
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience
• Prior experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
