Requirements

• Design and build internal platform services and shared infrastructure
• Architect high-throughput, latency-sensitive backend platforms
• Build durable, replayable event-processing pipelines
• Develop platform abstractions, SDKs, and paved-road libraries
• Establish robust observability, SLOs, and capacity-planning practices
• Drive multi-region, fault-tolerant, and geo-distributed designs
• Lead incident response for high-impact platform issues
• Define and enforce platform-wide standards
• Optimize platform performance
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and SRE teams
• Mentor mid-level engineers and lead architectural discussions
• Produce clear technical design documents
• Continuously evaluate emerging platform technologies
