Requirements

• Meet or exceed individual sales plan targets for revenue in key applications in Lighting, Motors/Drives, and general HVAC.
• Develop and manage your sales pipeline, starting with the initial introductions to the client through contract signature.
• Work with Brightcore product support and analysts to tailor proposals to exceed client expectations for financial, operational, and sustainability objectives on projects.
