Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 7-15 years of experience in mechanical or MEP construction, and strong technical expertise and leadership skills

2+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree, and strong writing and organizational skills
Driller Helper/Construction Laborer
High school diploma required, ability to operate heavy machinery, and ability to lift weights of 50+ pounds overhead
Mechanical Estimator
Mechanical estimating experience, knowledge of mechanical systems, and proficiency in estimating software
Driller Assistant (Air, Mud, Water Well, Geothermal)
5+ years of construction and/or drilling experience, OSHA 30 certification, and prior experience operating drilling equipment are required
Director, Regional Drilling Operations
7+ years of experience overseeing a drilling operation, Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, and strong leadership skills
Licensed Driller
Active Driller's License, 5+ years of construction and/or drilling experience, NGWA certification preferred
Fleet Mechanic
5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel, gasoline, and small engine repair, with a Class A CDL and managerial experience
Well Drilling Site Superintendent
5+ years of experience managing construction job sites, Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar, OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Sales Manager
Bachelor's degree in sustainability, engineering, business administration or similar; 4+ years of experience in a sales position preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot
