Job Description
At Brightcore Energy, we specialize in turn-key solutions that simplify the clean energy journey for large commercial and industrial clients. This role serves as a key operational and technical liaison supporting the successful development of geothermal projects from pursuit through preconstruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Construction, or related field required)
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in engineering, construction, energy, or related technical fields
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM platform Hubspot
- Experience with project management or construction platforms (Procore, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus
