Job Description
Primoris Power Solutions is seeking a PreConstruction Manager to support project development activities for power delivery pursuits. The role requires technical leadership and coordination across engineering, estimating, procurement, and scheduling teams.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in power delivery engineering or project development
- Direct experience with high-voltage substations, switchyards, or transmission line projects
- Strong understanding of EPC and design-build delivery models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate design and scope into executable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
