We're seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success organization, responsible for delivering a consistently great experience for new customers through onboarding trainings and materials, ensuring platform adoption, and leading successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years' experience working in a Marketing Technology environment
- Strong analytical skill set
- Strong articulation and presentation skills
- Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment
