Brighter Stronger Foundation LLC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health and autism services across Maryland. The foundation offers outpatient, community, and respite care, including direct behavioral support counseling for youth and families. Through program management and direct care, it aims to improve outcomes and quality of life for individuals with autism and related needs.

Must be 18+ with access to a valid driver's license. HS diploma required, or related field preferred. Strong communication & interpersonal skills required
Part Time Behavioral Support Counselor (Harford County)
High school diploma required, Master's degree preferred (e.g., psychology, social work). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Must have a valid CJIS report
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
2+ years of clinical experience, PMHNP certification, and current Maryland state clinical license required
Bilingual School Based Mental Health Therapist - Fluency in Spanish Required
LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW, Active Maryland license, Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
