Job Description
Brighter, Stronger Foundation is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Support Counselor (Direct Care Worker) to provide individualized treatment for youth ages 4 to 21 using treatment plans. This role involves implementing behavioral, life skills, and communication programs, and may involve data collection and supervisor guidance, in a team environment. Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have a satisfactory CJIS report
