Job Description

Requirements
- Ensures all work is carried out in a safe and orderly manner.
- Complies with protocols and documentation related to OSHA and food safety.
- Assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated material handling and greenhouse equipment.
- Uses preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and rapidly troubleshoots equipment breakdowns and quickly restores equipment to service to support the successful operation of the facility.
- Works with other technicians to solve problems, validate quality of work, optimize material handling equipment, software, and systems.
- Collaborates with the Facility Manager and other technicians to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures.
- Assists in training other maintenance technicians and technician trainees to enhance their technical skills and job knowledge.
