Job Description
DRB Homes is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in new or existing home sales, with a strong track record of high sales performance. They will be responsible for building rapport with prospective buyers, converting community traffic to sales, and managing buyers through the design, loan, and construction process.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of history of high sales performance in new or existing home sales
- Strong demonstration of the principles of product demonstration, sales techniques, and quality customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be internally driven to meet goals
- Able to work weekends
