Job Description
The Community Engagement Lead will drive the adoption of BrightLife Kids across complex community ecosystems, building high-level partnerships and influencing public health strategy. The role will also involve interacting directly with families and communities looking for behavioral health support.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in community engagement, public health, health promotion, or a related field
- Proven experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage a partnership pipeline and track outreach performance
