Director, Regional Operations

We are searching for a Director, Regional Operations for our New York market. The Director will be responsible for meeting clinic- and region-level operational and financial targets, developing the overarching strategy to achieve the region’s goals, and ensuring standards and workflows are happening in reality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years of experience leading multi-site brick-and-mortar or hybrid healthcare delivery operations.
• Track record of building strong cohesive teams, operations optimization, and sustainable business results.
• A deep understanding of the behavioral and mental health space, and an innovative mindset to deliver exceptional, differentiated offerings.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.
• Experience in a high growth, venture backed environment strongly preferred.
• MBA preferred but not required.
