We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our marketing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce or complex B2C environments.
- Paid media platform familiarity & experience, including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, CRM/email
- Proven hands-on experience (1-2+ years) with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey mapping and audience discovery.
- Expert-level proficiency in data manipulation in Databricks.
- In-depth understanding of multi-touch attribution methodologies, such as algorithmic, time-decay, or custom-built models.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting statistical analysis (correlation, regression) to understand consumer behavior and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional team management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Demonstrated abilities to manage complex and disaggregated data sets
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Keen ability to deal effectively with peers, management, teammates, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills, including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in the Adobe Suite, Databricks, and other data management tools
