Job Description
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients within the organization's technology-enabled third-party administration (TPA) service model. The role involves leading the implementation of a large, multi-benefit union funds serving health care industry members, overseeing all aspects of implementation, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client during implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, TPA operations, or a related technology or healthcare benefits environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex client implementations or enterprise system deployments.
- Strong experience with data conversion, data mapping, and validation processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
