Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a social services field, OR some relevant college coursework plus two years' relevant professional experience, OR high school diploma plus three years' relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with youth, adults or families strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates knowledge of various social service, educational and community resources.
- Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills; consistently writes clearly and concisely for various mediums and audiences.
- Demonstrates sound professional judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trust, collaboration and teamwork with colleagues and participants.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed required.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle required.
