Doula - Part-Time

Brightpoint invites you to join our team of mission-driven staff who share a common vision: an equitable world where all children and families thrive in strong communities. The Doula provides inclusive, in-home visits within a strength-based, family-centered support model to young mothers and fathers who would like support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or human service, OR Associate's Degree plus completion of Doula certification training, OR Associate's Degree plus two years' relevant social service experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must become SIU Doula Medicaid Certified within 18 months of hire
• Able to attend in-person family visits and meetings required
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required
