Join Brightpoint's team of mission-driven staff to coordinate 0-5 education services, implement strength-based coaching, and ensure compliance with NAEYC and DCFS standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in a classroom
- At least 2 years of training and/or coaching experience
- Level 5 ECE Credential and Level 5 Infant/Toddler Credential required within 6 months
- Illinois Type 04 Certification preferred
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
