Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to clients with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. You will perform personal care tasks, ensure client safety, and encourage self-help activities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
