Job Description
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide routine care and general observation of client's health status. Communicates with clients and their families/guardians and reports changes in condition and/or additional client needs to supervisor.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN or LVN) in good standing
- Completion of a state approved training program (e.g., diploma, associate's degree, etc per state requirement)
- CPR certification
- 6 months of direct nursing experience
