Brightwell is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to scale up our cross-border payments business with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of business development experience in payments, preferably within a bank
- 5+ years of cross border payments experience – either in remittances or funds transfer
- Experience working successfully using a sales methodology and the ability to speak to your results
- Demonstrated ability to sell structured deals and manage complex negotiations
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights
- Proven pipeline management and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Established comfort level in working with all levels of management, including C-suite
- Travel up to 30%
