Analytical Scientist

Conduct analytical method development and testing for oligonucleotide pipeline drugs in Brii's Shanghai laboratory, developing and troubleshooting assays, characterizing novel chemical synthetic processes, and maintaining analytical equipment.

Requirements

• Develop internal methodology for analysis of oligonucleotides and raw materials used for oligonucleotide synthesis and delivery
• Analyze materials produced by Brii scientists and report results
• Maintain analytical equipment in good condition and ensure calibration
• Remain current with latest technology and methods for oligonucleotides and share information across company
• Work closely with laboratory team members to optimize work flow and push forward discovery and early development drug candidates and platforms
• Provide oversight and support to outside analytical/characterization laboratories as needed
• Plan experiments and execute with good documentation practice including comprehensive record keeping in the Company Electronic Laboratory Notebook
