Brilla Schools is seeking a Programs Operations Manager to support the development and execution of program plans, manage day-to-day operations, and strengthen cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, operations, or coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., program management, business administration, nonprofit management, education); master's degree preferred but not required
- 4–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Demonstrated experience supporting program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and functions
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail and data-informed decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow through increased responsibility and impact
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time, primarily within the US
