We are seeking a Jewelry Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days and meet individual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones
• Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process
• Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers
• Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews
