Production Specialist

Brilliant is an innovative branded products and corporate gifting company. We curate, produce, and distribute memorable branded merchandise and custom products. The Production Specialist will manage the production process from post-estimate approval through final delivery, working with suppliers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution, timely delivery, and within budget.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, production coordination or similar logistics and production based role
• Experience with creative agencies or corporate gifting is preferred
• Technical proficiency with software applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous experience with project management tools like Wrike or Asana and ticketing systems like ZenDesk, Intercom or Front
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
