We are looking for a senior leader with extensive experience from the insurance industry to lead our marketing department and drive our business growth through sales and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in economics or similar
• Extensive experience from the insurance industry
• Experience of work at the board level
• Deep understanding of the dynamics of the insurance market, distribution models and actors
• Background in personal risk insurance is particularly relevant, but also life or savings insurance is desirable
• Experience of building and developing partnerships, working with direct distribution and mediated business as well as leading sales in complex B2B environments
• Data-driven, customer insight and market analysis
• Communication and brand work that supports the business
• Business-minded, analytical and trust-building
• Team-oriented and experience of management group work
