Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Legal Officer to join our team at Enity, a listed company that challenges the Nordic mortgage market. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, Board of Directors, and management team, and requires a strategic advisor with strong experience in company law, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.
Requirements
- Strong and broad experience of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory issues
- Experience of capital market transactions and regulations in a listed environment
- Strong experience of M&A
- Experience of working closely with leadership and Board of Directors work, e.g., as secretary to the Board
- Formal leadership experience and strong motivation to develop as a leader
- Experience of being part of the management team
- Experience of issues related to digitalization and AI tools
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
