Job Description
The HR & Engagement Executive will work with senior leaders to develop a comprehensive employee engagement strategy, including surveys, focus groups, and training programs. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing staff and implementing HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Masters Degree (preferable)
- Minimum 2 years in direct human resource work or a closely related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing a staff
- Demonstrated ability to move forward an agenda or initiative
- Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results
- Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines
- Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support Organizational Objectives
