The Director of Global Tax plays a key role within the global finance organization by supporting strategic tax planning efforts and partnering with internal and external teams to manage audits, assess risks, and stay ahead of emerging regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive tax experience, including international or multi-jurisdictional exposure
- Experience in tax planning, transfer pricing, and audit coordination across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations, including transfer pricing, OECD, and BEPS
- Ability to interpret complex tax laws and provide practical, business-focused solutions
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess financial data and identify risks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
- Proven collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities to support audits and inquiries
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
