Management Support Controller

Role Overview

The Management Support Controller will provide support to the Management Control team during the reorganization period of the Financial Director France. The role will involve participating in projects, supporting Management Controllers, and analyzing discrepancies between actual, budget, and previous year data.

What You Will Do

Participate in projects within the Management Control team, support Management Controllers during monthly reporting, annual budgets, and rolling forecast P&L and B/S, analyze discrepancies between actual, budget, and previous year data, communicate and analyze operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of FP&A tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree (Bac + 5), a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function, solid analytical skills, integrity, confidence, and assertiveness, as well as a very good mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office pack, particularly Excel, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Power BI). Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position.
