Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for all projects and conversions, requiring a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The individual must possess a can-do attitude, demonstrate enthusiasm for customers, and be willing to take on new tasks with little to no direction. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are required.

Requirements

• Project management
• Provide support for internal and external customers
• Perform activities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide backup support to others within department
• Liaison between customer/vendor and other PAI departments
• Build and manage relationships with service providers and vendors
• Work with field service employees and 3rd party providers to ensure quality service
• Ensure all spreadsheets, call tickets and workflows in PAI Reports are updated with accurate information as required
• Manage vendors while working with customers to address their needs and facilitate customer support issues
• Protect all company assets
