The Route Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of drivers, messengers, and guards that support cash in transit functions. The position ensures accountability and security of liability and prioritizes daily operations workflow.
Requirements
- Provide first line supervision to CIT employees
- Oversee daily operations including route efficiency, route scheduling, and opening and closing of branch
- Maintain safe and secure environment and ensure employee safety
- Provide coaching and skill development to employees
- Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and provide quality customer service
- Secure inventories and implement measures to reduce worker’s compensation injury costs and security losses
- Ensure employees comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist Management as needed to meet branch goals
- Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
