Route Supervisor

The Route Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of drivers, messengers, and guards that support cash in transit functions. The position ensures accountability and security of liability and prioritizes daily operations workflow.

Requirements

• Provide first line supervision to CIT employees
• Oversee daily operations including route efficiency, route scheduling, and opening and closing of branch
• Maintain safe and secure environment and ensure employee safety
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees
• Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain and provide quality customer service
• Secure inventories and implement measures to reduce worker’s compensation injury costs and security losses
• Ensure employees comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist Management as needed to meet branch goals
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
