Requirements

• M.D. degree and board certification in a CNS specialty
• 10+ years experience in CNS clinical drug development across phases I, II, & III
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of operations aspects of the drug development process
• Ability to manage multiple programs and processes simultaneously
• Proven ability to manage & motivate clinical development teams
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage expectations and performance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
