Requirements

• Maintain gardens, grounds, lawns, and playing surfaces
• Prepare ovals and playing fields for sporting events and carnivals
• Maintain school grounds and facilities to a high standard
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate work request records
• Assist staff with setup and pack up of school events and activities
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff, students, and visitors
• Uphold the College's values and contribute to a positive and safe school
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and service agreements
• Support minor and major works and refurbishment programs
• Implement preventative, compliant maintenance within budget
• Maintain asset records, maintenance systems, and opening procedures
