Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to own finance operations and financial planning across the company, driving budget accountability and managing vendors and procurement processes. This is a lean operations team that covers finance, people, legal, IT, and business operations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working in spreadsheets
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- A scrappy, high-ownership mindset
- A default to using AI to build solutions
- A bias toward building systems and processes that scale
