Senior or Staff Product Manager

Brisk Teaching is the leading AI platform for K-12 educators, empowering teachers to deliver personalized, curriculum-aligned instruction at scale. We're hiring a full-time Product Manager to help turn our mission into reality, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end and working at the intersection of AI, education, and real classroom needs.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, venture-backed startups building products for diverse users
• Strong operator mindset — take ownership, remove blockers, and care deeply about shipping
• Demonstrated execution track record, especially in environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
• Excitement about AI's potential in education, and the ability to turn emerging capabilities into responsible, user-centered products
• Excellent stakeholder judgment — balance perspectives, navigate tradeoffs, and create clarity with empathy
• Deep data orientation — define success upfront and know how to pull insights that actually inform decisions
