Job Description
Bristlecone is seeking a Change Management Consultant to ensure projects and initiatives meet objectives and maximize employee adoption. The role involves creating and implementing change management strategies, coach senior leaders on change sponsorship, and improve the impact of change through communication and training. The consultant will focus on driving adoption and minimizing resistance through structured methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience, at least 3 years in ERP
- Minimum of bachelors degree Business, Engineering or Computer Science, HR
- Knowledge of SDLC project like SAP or Oracle Project
- Understanding of relevant business processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics or Logistics
- Knowledge of current technology
- Experience in Auto, Engineering, Discrete, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Oil and Gas, Hitech, Semiconductor
- Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Distribution
- Emerging domain knowledge competencies
