Manager - SAP-Project Management

The Manager - SAP Project Management will play a crucial role in our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. They will be responsible for managing and executing SAP projects, from defining scope and managing timelines to coordinating cross-functional teams and driving user adoption.

Requirements

• Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Handle stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Drive user adoption and training, ensuring a smooth transition to new SAP systems.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and incorporate best practices into project management.
