• Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance of SAP ABAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposal development and demonstrating expertise in SAP ABAP solutions.
