Geologist I

Aerostar Environmental and Construction LLC is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Geologist or Environmental Scientist to join their team. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in geology, environmental science, and fieldwork. The successful candidate will support geological investigations, collect and analyze data, and assist in the preparation of technical reports for a variety of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of geological principles and field methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GIS or geological software is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork (30% to 60% depending on project)
