Heavy Equipment Operator

SES Constructors, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate multiple types of heavy equipment in civil construction, including excavators and bulldozers, and perform tasks such as excavating, moving, and grading materials.

Requirements

• Observe and comply with all company and site-specific safety and project policies
• Perform daily pre-inspection and on-going maintenance checks while operating equipment
• Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life
• Assist in creating a positive and supportive work environment; enforce a safe workplace
• Perform minor maintenance of operated equipment including, checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, and reporting major repair problems to supervisor
• Complete assigned training in a timely fashion
• Strong work ethic
• Understanding of grade/slopes
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work through adverse weather
