Job Description
This is a role for an Associate Director, Medical & Access AI & Analytics who will lead analytics supporting Field Medical (MSL) effectiveness, perception analytics, and AI transformation initiatives across Medical Affairs. The role requires a deep understanding of Medical Affairs, Field Medical operations, HEOR, and Market Access, with strong expertise in advanced analytics, AI/ML, NLP, and evidence-driven decision support. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs analytics, HEOR, Market Access analytics, or related roles within biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field; PhD a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs analytics, HEOR, Market Access analytics, or related roles within biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL), visualization platforms (e.g., R Shiny, Dash), and unstructured data techniques.
