Requirements

• Legal degree with 5 or more years of pharmaceutical legal experience
• Experience with transactions is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and advise and influence colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Flexibility to work with speed and quality on a broad range of matters
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
• Excellent judgement, time management, and cross functional collaboration skills required
