Requirements
- Legal degree with 5 or more years of pharmaceutical legal experience
- Experience with transactions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and advise and influence colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Flexibility to work with speed and quality on a broad range of matters
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Excellent judgement, time management, and cross functional collaboration skills required
