Job Description
Working with Bristol Myers Squibb, a leading biopharmaceutical company, as a Director of Analytics & AI Enablement. Leading a multi-disciplinary team to build, scale, and operationalize data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities for Global Product Supply (GPS).
Requirements
- Define and drive the GPS Analytics & AI Enablement strategy in alignment with GPS BI&T objectives, enterprise AI governance, and transformation priorities.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, pipelines, and decision-intelligence products using modern tools and cloud ecosystems.
- Ensure adherence to BMS Responsible AI guidelines, AI risk assessment processes, and model monitoring frameworks.
