Director, Clinical Trial Analytics & Insights leads an integrated data and analytics capability supporting RayzeBio’s Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs capabilities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s) in a relevant scientific, medical, or business discipline is strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree may be accepted with extensive experience.
- 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with at least 5 years in data and analytics functions for medical affairs and / or clinical operations
- Hands-on literacy with trial-ops systems (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, IRT/RTSM) and Medical platforms (e.g., Veeva Medical/CRM); strong BI skills (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and working knowledge of SQL/R/Python
- Proven operator: KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, vendor/CRO management, data quality/governance, and inspection-readiness controls
- Excellent communication and influence skills in global, matrixed environments
