Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7–10+ years of experience in oncology drug development, medical strategy, portfolio strategy, or related roles
• Demonstrated credibility engaging senior external experts, academic investigators, and oncology thought leaders
• Strong understanding of oncology development pathways, biomarkers, and decision-making frameworks
• Proven ability to lead strategically, influence without authority, and drive alignment across highly matrixed global organizations
• Fluency in digital tools, emerging technologies, and AI applications
