Requirements
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7â10+ years of experience in oncology drug development, medical strategy, portfolio strategy, or related roles
- Demonstrated credibility engaging senior external experts, academic investigators, and oncology thought leaders
- Strong understanding of oncology development pathways, biomarkers, and decision-making frameworks
- Proven ability to lead strategically, influence without authority, and drive alignment across highly matrixed global organizations
- Fluency in digital tools, emerging technologies, and AI applications
