Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead HEOR strategy in Japan and to play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our innovative medicines to enable sustainable patient access.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MPH, MS, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Significant leadership experience in HEOR, HTA, RWE, or evidence strategy roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Deep expertise in Japan HTA frameworks, pricing and reimbursement policy, and post-launch evidence requirements
- Proven ability to lead integrated, cross-functional evidence strategies across the product lifecycle
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing teams in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English
